Terrible! The receptionist is so rude and incensitive. Don't know her name but she has blonde hair. You would think that people that deal with cancer patients would be kind and understanding. NOt the case here. She is so cold and mean. She seems annoyed at patients all the time and doesn't want to give anyone the time of day. Dr.Shaaban don't get me wrong is very nice. But not a good doctor. His patient who was very close to me was referred to him after surgery. She asked if she should get scans once in a while and he said "no need". Meanwhile, the cancer was growing the whole time and she ended up passing away. Maybe things happen for a reason and she was not meant to know about her tumors growing. So I really don't know what to say at this point. I guess I'm angry if she could have been saved but relieved if she would have been worse off. I don't know, he's nice but he should never tell a patient not to get scans. They do scans at every other cancer center every 6 months!
