Bad experience thinks every tooth has a cavity would not recommend unless you don't like money or you teeth

This is my second year using Loesberg's dental practice and I will be using another dentist going forward. The hygienists at Dr. Loesberg's office have always been very friendly and thorough, Dr. Loesberg however has no bedside manner. He appeared for fewer than five minutes, used dental speak with the hygenist and when I asked for clarification about what was happening simply said "You have cavities, my dear." I had to ask several times for more info, which I finally only received from the hygienist. His manner seemed condescending at best and clueless as to what I wanted to know at best. He also only works on cavities one side or part of the mouth at a time, which can require several visits.

my family and i have been going to dr. loesberg for over 25 years.simply the best experience,with the most wonderful staff and compassionate doctor.his skills and gentle touch are why we have literally referred 100's of friends and family.

I have NEVER had a dentist be so bad at giving shots. I had 4 cavities filled by this dentist, and each was a nightmare. The shots were extremely painful, causing swelling and pain that lasted for several days, and these were for small cavities. He insisted on only working on one tooth at a time, so 2 cavities on neighboring teeth required 2 appointments. The last time I went in, he made my mouth bleed when he gave me the shots, and left half my face numb for over 5 hours. Honestly, I had less pain when I had a wisdom tooth pulled than I had from having this dentist do minor fillings. He's nice enough, but NOT gentle. On top of that, he takes no time to answer any questions or concerns.

My family and I are always treated promptly and warmly by Dr.Loesberg and the entire staff.Dr.Loesberg takes the time to make sure you fully understand everything and his hygienist is wonderful.

I just came in and they called me right away. The Dr doesnt explain too much...but the service was perfect!

Hygienist was great. Dentist was rude, short and unhelpful in explaining what I needed and why. Staff changes constantly. They rushed me out of the office - 15 min. child appointments.
