This "dentist" butchered my mouth. Horrible experience! I WILL NEVER go back, I don't care if all my teeth fell out! I'd trust a hillbilly with plyers before I'd trust him!

I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth done at age 38. It was done under anesthesia. It's a busy office, and there's not a great deal of happy talk time. All the "need to know" info for before and after is given to you on paper, and you're expected to read it and be ready to go. I was. That said, the procedure was done fast, and the pain meds for post surgery are doing their job. Recovery is going well. This office is more of a "get it done" office than a warm fuzzy environment, but I'm cool with that. There's lots of procedures happening there, so where other reviewers feel they were "pushed out"... I didn't feel that way, but I was ready to leave quickly afterwards. It's a busy office, and runs a bit more like an assembly line... Get in, get fixed, move along. I have nothing really bad to say... as I have a family doctor, and general dentist that work on this sort of efficiency model. You spend less than 2 hours there and you're on your way home.

I saw the dr on a Monday for a very painful tooth. Within 24 hours my tooth was extracted.
He genuinely cared about getting me out of pain ASAP.
The staff were all very nice and friendly.

I highly recommend Dr. Lehnowsky and his staff. The service I received was phenomenal. The team is professional, caring, thorough, and friendly. I had two very painful abscessed and impacted teeth pulled. I was extremely nervous but the team made me feel secure every step of the way. I will have to get more work done and look forward to using their services.

I had a wisdom tooth and molar pulled by this man about 2 yrs ago and am still mad. After wait 45 min I was taken into a small room no one spoke to me they simply put the anesthesia mask on me and I was out. I was woke up 15 mins later grabbed from the chair and literally drug to a room with a bench and tossed on it. I did not actually see the Dr th entire time I was there. My husband was then sent in with a script and told to take me home. He carried me to the car. I then woke up the next morning with the entire right side of my face swollen and bruised. I was unable to eat solid for of nearly a month. And shortly after the surgery my jawbone became exposed where he had pulled the molar... I beg you do not go to this man. Please find another surgeon.

I just had surgery yesterday. Everyone was so nice and the Dentist talked to me as he was putting me to sleep and was nice, efficient and professional. He did a great job and I have no pain this mornning. You do leave pretty quickly when you are done, but the sedative you get is not like when they operate on your heart,, or liver etc. I Had no problems with him.

I cannot believe how unprofessional this man was! I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and waited for about 20 mins for him to come in the room; he rushed in and never introduced himself,he didn't ask if I had any questions and was very impersonable. I was put under general anesthesia however I remember being woken uo; one nurse was shaking me and yelling at me to hurry and wake up! My husband practically had to carry me out to the car because of how much we were being rushed! As soon as my husband got me to thr car thr nurse that was rushing us walked outside to smoke, apparently I was taking up her precious smoke time! When my husband asked how it went they responded with, "fine." We weren't given a list of after care or discharge instructions, a syringe to clean the holes and wasn't scheduled to follow up.Not only were all of the staff members rude but the facility was very unkept! I wouldn't send my dog to this place let alone recommend him to anyone! This place is a joke!

READ YOUR CONSENT FORM THOROUGHLY. My pathology was sent to the Ohio State Pathology Lab which is not in my network. Received a bill from them for $178.00 from them for the pathology. My insurance company does not have a contract with them and I was told by the lab they do not have a contract with them because they don't pay them enough. I would have only been responsible for $39.49 had it gone to a lab locally in the Cleveland area. Tried to work with both the lab, they would accept the $39.49 and wanted full payment. Tried to discuss this with Dr. Lehnowsky but he would not even return my phone call, instead told his office assistant to tell me I signed a consent form to send it to the lab of his choice and I owe it! Don't use Dr. Lehnowsky, there are plenty of other good docs in this area. If you do, just be aware that your pathology is going to be sent to the Ohio State Pathology lab and you're going to be at their mercy, which obviously, they have none.

Horrible customer service. Always waited for forty-five minutes plus for appointments. Staff was very rude. Office hours are not convenient. Doctor was very short and rushed during appointments.

This is an amazing doctor, all of the complaints apparently are from stupid people. Next time one of these people complain about being rushed out of the office or having poor work done, they can either go to medical school for 20 years, or hit themself in the face with a rock to remove their own teeth. Love ya Dr. Ron!
