Dr. Greene is phenomenal. He performed neck surgery...C5C6....15 or so years ago. Surgery was and still is a success. Whenfirst meeting with Dr. Greene he was so serious and no nonsense. But when you think about that it makes sense to have a serious, professional , skilled surgeon. After surgery came the comforting Dr. who made sure that I was ok. I am so glad he is still practicing because now I need Dr. Greene for my lower back.

Arrogant, dismissive, and not helpful. I question if he actually read the medical history I provided.

Dr. George Green is an AMAZING surgeon. He is careful and thorough. He is a quiet guy but he is very cerebral. I didn't hire him for personality, but expertise and precision. I felt the most comfortable with him performing my brain surgery.

May be good with a scalpel but he's a poor excuse for a doctor. He's too full of himself!

I have had chronic back pain since a 1998 car accident. It's manageable with monthly Chiropractic care & Advil for flair ups. Recently started to have several spasms that aggravated to the point of not being able to walk & at one point had taken to the ER in an ambulance. I was referred to Dr. Greene by both the ER doctor & my Chiropractor. It was a horrible experience. His first words were "Didn't you even try to take ibuprofen first?" He refused to answer my questions about any options. Only smile he had was when he saw Valium on my med list but then realized they were for the spasms & not a mental disorder. I have never seen anyone so arrogant & rude. This was all after they made me wait an hour & 1/2 to even see him. It seems that unless he can get a major surgery out of you, he treats you as if you are a complete waste of time.

He has operated on my spine 3 times for 3 different problems. Each had an excellent result with no problems.

DR. Green looked upon me as I was a spider he wanted to smash. Dr. Green did not have my report or disc with him in the Norfolk office, dismissed me as nothing was wrong with me, stated it was in my head, I needed to see a counselor. I left humiliated, with 3 ruptured disc and walking around like this for 9 more months until I found a true practicing doctor. This man should not be touching people. He has a lack of compassion for those he took an oath to help.

HE HAS THE PERSONALITY OF A PIECE OF WET CARDBOARD. DOESN'T ACT INTERETED IN YOUR PROBLEM, SEEMS LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING HIM;DISMISSIVE AND NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. HIS VOICE IS SOOOO IRRITATING.

Worst experience of my life. Did spinal sugery and then not only did not want to discuss why my pain was worse but acted like I was an impossition. I had another surgery to try and repair what he did. I am now on painkillers and I hate it. Obviously became a doctor for the money. No compassion no bedside manner and didn't care that he made my problem much worse.
