I had seen several surgeons before coming to Dr. Greco for a consultation to have a breast lift with a small implant. I have a connective tissue disorder and picking the right surgeon that understands my condition, was vital for the success of my surgery. Dr. Greco with me for over an hour and really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and how it would be affected by my underlying conditions. It made me comfortable knowing he had other patients with my same rare condition, and he really seemed to understand how to work with it to give me the result I was looking for. I had my surgery in the end of October 2021 and I couldn't be happier with the results. They are honestly beautiful. I healed (and am continuing to heal) really well with minimal scarring. I love that he didn't make me look like I have "big fake breasts". He was able to keep a lot of my natural breast tissue, while removing a lot of skin, and they came out amazing. My result looks and REALLY feels natural. I'm so happy and I would recommend him to anyone I know. He's a phenomenal surgeon

I had some facial surgery done 2 months ago. While I had my own intentions in mind, Dr. Greco provided me a very thorough summation of 3 possible procedures. This allowed me to make an informed decision and I ultimately stayed with my initial desire, but felt so much more confident in my decision. The procedure went perfectly, beyond my expectations. Very happy with the results of my procedures with Dr Greco. He truly is an artist. Staff was great as well and I never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. They even offered to meet at the office outside of regular hours if I needed some post op attention!
