Dr. Natalie Hammond was kind and knowledgeable, staff was not. The system was down, so they had to bill for my copay. No problem, except they failed to update my records and billed my mother. I haven't been on her insurance in 4 years. Luckily she's my emergency contact, otherwise my privacy would have been violated. This was not just a misreading of forms, as her address was nowhere on the paperwork I filled out in March. After the bill was sent to the wrong place, I have yet to receive the corrected bill now at the end of April, and had much trouble calling the general MUSC system today. I spent the better part of an hour trying to get in touch with someone who could help me. I will not go to MUSC ever again. I would rather bleed to death.

Dr. Hammond is very sweet and has a great sense of humor. She made a point to make me feel comfortable during a not-so-comfortable exam.
