While I think he is very smart I also thinks he talks in circles and is very hard to understand. He will stop and explain again to you but you need to call him on it and tell you you do not understand what he is saying. He gets all caught up in 'doctor-speak' and doesn't realize that everyone doesn't understand all that talk and you need to pin him down to plain old English so its easy to understand exactly what he is saying. He is nice and kind enough, though, and will make it clear to you if you request it and tell him you don't get it. I could have walked out of there in a daze if I didn't ask for it to be restated in plain talk.
