I have been so pleased with Dr. Bivins sinve I moved to Heber. I take all my kids to him also. He spends time in the room with his patient and you walk out feeling like you have been heard/understood. My children feel like he talks to them in a way they understand and I, as a nurse, feel like I have been fully informed. His nirse is friendly and accomidating. His office staff makes sure that his patients are able to be worked in as needed when emergencies arise. Overall, good experience!

Dr Bivins works with the patient in collecting information to make a diagnosis. He does not rush the patient and spends as much time as is necessary.

Very friendly and very helpful. I've used Dr. Bivins for 3 years from 2001-04 and then again when I moved back to the area in 2008. I wouldn't have another doctor.

When my aunt went in to talk about the lump on her breast and thought it might be cancerous but according to him cancer doesn't hurt. He sent her away until she came back repeatedly and finally had a test done. He never went and got the results. Finally after 6 months of the results waiting under a desk with the big bold red words EMERGENCY written on the front we get them only to find out 6 months ago she was in stage 4 of breast cancer. After she started Chemotherapy she died shortly after and all because according to Doctor Bivins, "Cancer doesn't hurt."

Has quite a bit of knowledge in his field. He takes the time with all his patients to take care of their concerns and is willing to answer any and all of your questions, and will help in any way he can to take care of your health. His staff is friendly, and also have your well being in concern. He is very friendly, and greets you with a handshake when first entering the room.
