He really is very kind and caring. He seemed to be genuinely interested in my rash, an painful wrist and shoulders. He even seemed to understand my food allergies and total body candida. He'd be even better without a beard.

Fantastically well organised, respected by his peers and his influence and fame spreads way beyond his immediate geographical area. Not afraid to protest in support of his profession. Only downside is accurate directions and not being clear about the location of M&S, hence why not 5/5
