I have been thru several different kinds of drs in the last 5 months, I have a L&I claim from being assulted on the job, everything been difficult and frustrating but today was different, 1st I got lost and freaked out called the office crying the lady stayed on the phone w me till I got there, Then Dr H spent so much time with me I couldnt believe the clock, It was refreshing to have a Dr accually take the time o get to know me, after months of feeling hopeless Today i have new faith. I found him not rude but honest not a control freak but in control of the situation, Thank God.

He is the most judgmental and rude physician I have seen. He is a hyper control freak. I have never felt so humiliated and alone than after I saw him. He "punished" me having me withdrawal from pain mediation cold turkey. No taper, no warnings, no discussion. If he is in a bad mood--you will get the brunt of it. I think he knows his stuff, but he is more caught up in being right and misses the fact that he is seeing a real person. When I changed to another doctor and I told them of my experience, they were appaled by how unethical he was. If you want someone with a big ego, and you will do everything he says, he is for you. But if you have a mind of your own or may question some of his treatments---watch out!

The staff is great (Jessica always gets back to website inquiries which is so appreciated!) The doctor is very thoughtful and kind. That is not always seen in healthcare today. He offers many choices in his office for additional types of therapy (physical therapist etc). I appreciate the holistic approach to treating the person and not just the disease. Thanks

Was days away from getting an operation for a ONS after 5 years of chronic and unbearable pain requiring narcotics, gabapentin and dextromethorphan. He figured ut exactly where to inject around my head and my pain was instantly gone. I passed on the neurostimulator (ONS)and have detoxed off of meds safely in four days w/help of this doctor and Suboxone. Doing exercises to strengthen areas which may lead to a full recovery without regular injections. Go to this doctor first so you don't end up in unnecessary surgeries or having to try everyone and everything else first. You're likely not as broken as you feel or have been told by other doctors.
