Dr. Rensch is my elderly mom’s GI. He has been very nice and has had a very nice bedside manner as well with my mom. I am surprised by so many of the negative comments. We have only had a positive experience with him

Have nothing bad to say about him. Was feeling miserable and he diagnosed acid reflux/ GERD and cured it. He and staff were caring and kind.

passive aggressive, very rude- wanted me to explain my exact symptoms, their exact location (which organ), then explain the exact treatment and tests I desired. I told him, "You're the doctor," and he responded by giving me sarcasm, mocking everything I said, and acting like a five year old. I wasted a lot of time coming here, only to be taunted at by "Dr." Rensch. I don't know how his staff put up with his childish attitude.

Dr. Rensch is fair, reasonable, intelligent and will explain the risks and benefits of any test ordered or not performed. Dr. Rensch is also board certified in gastroenterology and reviews for the Texas Medical Board. He has consistently been patient, kind, and empathetic towards all of his patients. The person below is a bitter, short-tempered, idiot. I have a personal relationship with the person that wrote the review below. This person is arrogant, demanding, and argumentative.

Dr. Rensch is the worst doctor I have ever known. He is arrogant, short tempered and worst of all he orders expensive procedures that are unnecessary and benefits from the suffering of his patients. If you mention the name Dr. Rensch to anyone who has dealt with him, you will immediately get a negative, passionate response - avoid him at all cost!
