I never left a doctors office crying until today!!!!!! Rude is an understatement. All I needed was a physical and today was the 3rd visit. I have really good insurance. They said I had to make an appointment and be seen first before they could see me for an appt for a physical. So I said o.k. I filled out paper work gave them history. They asked if anything was going on I told them nothing specific I just need to have a physical. So 2nd appt. I came in they said for follow up. Right then I should of said forget it. Saw nurse practioner and it was a joke. No blood work. No nothing. Sent for ex ray though cause I told them I had arthritis in neck. Went back today saw dr Kane. I came for routine physical. To check on cholesterol iron vitamin count and my family has history of diabetes. She said we can give you a back ex ray and to make another appt. I said forget it. It is not clean they are rude, never got physical and they over charged my insurance. Stay far away!

HORRIBLE! Last year, she misdiagnosed my skin cancer. Thank goodness I went to my derm to have it looked at by a professional. NOW - sinus infection. No relief after 7 days on antibiotic. I called to ask for help or a script called in - NOPE. They say they can't call in a script. I have to be seen AGAIN for SAME SYMPTOMS! WHAT?! I have to go back it to wait 90-120 min to see this poor excuse for a physician for maybe 8min. UGH! I am changing physicians. This is ludicrous. I wonder why she is pretending to practice medicine...

I have to agree with some of the comments The wait is long 20-30min waiting room then another 30 min in treatment room. How ever never found them to be rude. I believe she's a good doctor and has been treating me for almost 3yrs now. I'm not into a lot of test don't like being poked, I go to Quest for my blood work.

Met the "Hawaiian" doctor this week. She is the first doctor to not treat me differently or look down on my health care because I have Medicaid. Other doctors have blown me off or not done test on me that needed to be done because they weren't going to make any money from Medicaid. Her nurse practioner is great also, I have seen him before at Brevard health alliance. The staff was friendly, kind & answered my question and didn't spend my whole day waiting in a doctors office.

I prefer to see Dr. Kane over the 2 female nurse practioners. She listens to me and addresses issues my other "specialty" doctors missed. been seeing her off and on for over 4 years. I rely on her office manager for a lot of questions and help, she takes the time to explain things I didn't ask when I was in the room with the doctor. dr Kane was able to decrease my medicines and not send me to the hospital all the time like my last doctor did. Now that she uses a computer, she gives me a print out when I leave and that helps me understand better.

This office isa poor excuse For a family practice!!!dr.kane is very rude she yells at her staff in the hall way calling them stupid and sllivesn the medical assistants do their job fast and accurate!i waited over a hour in tbe exam room every time i go,dr.kane spend about give mins completely insulting you then she slams the door and huffs n puffs!!! The office manager is always rude and unprofessional always on the phone talking with friends or family, the office manager also mistreats her staff by calling them names and yelling!!! This office can not keep staff to save their lives probably because of the way they tear their staff #!!i have also been told by a nurse they are only aloud 5/10 min lunches!!!

The staff is the most unfriendly and unhelpful I have ever had to deal with. I was a patient for over two years before I ever even got to meet the doctor and when I meet her, a nurse came in first to warn me that the doc is a bit "outspoken and rough around the edges." That is an understatement. They have messed up or forgotten ever perscription and have to be reminded. They have never remembered to provide any of the refferals I have needed and I had to research other doctors for my knee and foot and set it up. If you get there on time or even early, they will call you into a room and take your vitals within 20-30 minutes of your appointment, then you sit there for another 20-30 minutes waiting. Twice I walked out and got my co-pay back.

I have been going to this practice for 8 years. Recently, I have had an on-going health issue that they have failed to resolve. They haven't recommended me a specialist nor given me any good advice about the problem. They messed up my prescriptions twice. Every time I go there, it's like they're seeing me for the first time. The last time I went, Pat hardly spoke but a few sentences before sending me off with 4 different prescriptions. I recommend seeing Dr. Kane only (however she doesn't work on Friday.) My mother claims that Dr. Kane is a good doctor. Apparently there must have been problems going on with Pat Goode and the practice as she had left and then came back. She seems very unhappy. Too far of a drive for this kind of service.
