I got skin allergy test and asthma tested in her office. My kid was advised to use inhaler in school and whenever needed I requested dr. wasan as per school's Nurse advice to get form signed by Dr. Wasan but she replied to my email by saying I have to pay $10 for this form which was not a lot of money but that shows how greedy they are. She charged $1900 to my insurance and I paid my portion for that service.
Due to her greedy behavior I cancelled mine and my kids follow up appointment but still they sent me $20 bill as I cancelled the appointment after confirming with her office her staff replied that if I make follow up appointment they will waive that cancelled appointment charges.

How rude and greedy these people are! Unbelievable looks like she just wants money no ethics or professionalism.

The staff appears to get along well, maybe a little to well! More time is spent chatting than actually spent focused on managing the office and patient care. They pride themselves on being a small office but I think unfortunately the office suffers because socializing is a priority over organization, structure, timeliness, and attention to detail. Don't wast your time with this office because you will have to micro manage the staff to ensure proper care. They aren't prepared for appointments, misplace patient records, don't place orders for prescriptions, the list goes on and on. If you have the time to call them before each and every appointment to make sure they are prepared for your visit and more time to wait once you've arrived at scheduled appointments for them to locate medical files, shot vials etc this is the office for you, if not run, run away! We really had high hopes for this office. We've only been seen once (we've had two appointments but they weren't prepared for them and they canceled) but so far they have dropped the ball 5 times, completely unacceptable for a so called "specialist". We are dependent on them for our allergy shots because our vials were mailed from our previous Dr. and believe me they know it and take full advantage! Rest assured we will be searching for another option!

I had an outstanding experience with this practice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me navigate through my insurance issues. Dr. Wasan took the time to listen to me and really helped me with my allergies and sinus issues. I am going to bring my family to this practice because they also suffer with allergy problems.

Absolutely fantastic doctor and practice! She was so thorough, caring and professional. I did not feel rushed and she took the time to listen. Her staff and PA were exceptionally nice and professional as well! It's no wonder that she was chosen as one of the Top Docs in Washingtonian magazine! It seems my entire neighborhood goes here as well

I am so glad that I went to this practice! Dr. Wasan was super caring, thorough, and professional. She didn't rush the appointment and actually took time to listen! Her staff and PA were also very kind, caring and efficient! No wonder she's one of the Washingtonian Top Doctors and tons of my friends/neighbors go to her as well!!!!

Dr Wasan is good, but her staff is horrible. Had to reschedule twice only to show up to a dark office. Knocked on door to be told it was closed due to emergency and all appts were rescheduled. I dd not get that call (after pulling child out of school and moving my own work appts around). No apologies or accountability from staff. Very unhappy.
