Dr Shugar performed cataract surgery on my dad, and treated his "wet macular degeneration" with laser, thanks to Dr. Shugar he is now blind in both eyes and applied for SS disability. Thank you Dr. Shugar for not allowing my dad to see his great grandchildren.

This doctor saved my eyesight when I'd been to 10 other doctors who had told me there was no hope. I walked into his office with a white cane and several weeks after he operated upon me had my drivers' license!

after inserting a new lense in left eye and a follow-up laser treatment a year later, I recently had an eye exam with different doctor and found I am LEGALLY BLIND in left eye! Dr. "Sugar" is not so sweet after all!
