Dr. Fischer is my daughter's neurologist. He is by far the best doctor she has seen. She feels very comfortable with him. He is a wonderful doctor and very knowledgeable.

I have twin 6 yr old girls w/migraine spectrum disorder. He has been AWESOME. Sometimes, medicine doesn't have an answer to our illnesses-he's honest in that fact. He can tend to talk "over your head", but if you're polite & ask him to explain in "dummy" terms, he will. He is incredibly brilliant. He always returns calls personally, saying it's never a bother.

I went to Dr Fischer about ten years ago as a teenager having trouble with headaches. He diagnosed me with migraines when no one else had a clue what was wrong. Since then he has been an excellent resource for me and has been a godsend for my neurological and emotional health. He tends to run a bit late, but only because he invariably is willing to take that extra minute or five to answer 'door-handle' questions. He is kind and well-informed. I only stopped seeing him about two years ago, when I moved 90 miles away. Even then, I considered continuing to see him!

I am a parent of a child who recently started having seizures. I am not a doctor and do not have extensive knowledge of the health profession, that is what I expect from the doctor. I went to see Dr. Fischer with questions about my daughter's condition and his response to my questions were very short and arrogant. He spoke to me as if I should know what he is talking about when he mentions medications that I have never heard of. He never answered my questions completely. His answer to everything was "that's just what it is." I got more information from the internet than I did from him. When I tried to confirm the information that I obtained from the internet was acurate, he did not answer. I had never met him before and he never introduced him self and then when the appointment was over he never said good bye, he just walked back to his office.
