I hadn't been to the doctors in three years, and I was referred to Peter by 3 friends when I came down with serious allergies/cold. Many people mentioned long wait times, but I didn't experience this while in the waiting room, but once I was in the patient room there was a little wait. When he comes in he asks questions to assure he gives the best diagnose. Usually doesn't stay with the patient more than 5-10 minutes. Yes, he has you come back to talk about test results, but I feel its more personal that way. The nurses are all different, some more personable than others. I do have to say though, one three occasions I called in to be seen, and had no problem being put on the schedule same day. Billing IS NOT the best. I've has several mistakes be made, called in to correct it, but yet no corrections.

His bedside manner is terrible; keeps patients waiting every time; makes all patients come back for blood test results; charges $1 per page for copies of anything; staff is miserable too.

Peter has a very nice personality, is knowlegable, but you do have to wait for a very long time to be seen.

He is very arrogant. I waited in his office for 2 1/2 hours before my appointment. I talked to several people in the office and they told me that He always makes them wait a very long time. I asked them why they stay and they said that it is hard for them to leave because they only have medicare insurance. The office makes medicare patients come back for lab results to discuss them with the patient (more $$ that medicare unnecisaryly has to apay)when they could just speak over the phone. The office staff makes people wait for paperwork and billing is usually has a lot of mistakes on them.
