Doctor is good, I think, unfortunately I'm only seeing him in annual physical. Otherwise it is very hard to get appointment. When I ask to speak to the doctor for a quick question, the staff didn't allow me ("if I allow him to talk on the phone, he will be on the phone all day"). She basically answered all my questions if I called in, and even giving advices. In one case with Physical Therapy referral, she was finding fault on me not following the instructions. Unfortunately she is the interface to the doctor, I don't think the patient-doctor relationship is being improved this way. So have to find new primary physician.

Overall nice Doctor, however probably the rudest front desk staff and "Patient/Case Manager" of ALL time. Always seem irritated, judgemental and down right inconvienanced to help anyone. If the Dr had a different staff running the desks, I would have kept him as a Dr. It is unfortunate that they are the ones giving the first impression. Definatley need to work on PR.

I absolutely love the staff. They are very nice and funny. Always making me feel at home. The are very knowledgeable and always return my calls in a timely manner!

Staff seems bias in appointment setting. Doctor never seems to be available for at least a week to ten days even when patient is in pain. Staff seems to be angry and bothered by minority patients. Staff's mannerism is gruff and irritating. Certain patients must expect long waits and being passed over for preferred patients.
