If zero was an option I would have rated her as such. I went to her to get check cause my menstruation came twice in a month and wanted to make sure that everything was ok. The first visit I had with her she called me a boring patient cause I had a clean bill of health. When I went to her cause of my concern, immediately she did a biopsy. (Which I found to be strange cause wouldn't a papsmear be done first. Then if it came positive the biopsy... but figure doctors know best) anyway, went back in cause she wanted me to go over result. Found she lost my result wanted to do again. I refused. She schedule a sonogram... everything was normal but she wanted to schedule me for pre-op to make sure everything was ok. I found that strange I told her I was not doing the pre-op and was going to get a second opinion. Never went back to her and thank god I went with instinct instead of listening to her. She's all about making money and doesn't care about her patient. I also agree she is rude.

I would not recommend this doctor. She botched my surgery, refused to listen to me that I needed testing after the surgery. Her staff treated me terrible. Disgusting. I filed complaints. A different surgeon from a different hospital had to put me back into multiple surgeries to clean up the mess she caused. I am left with permanent damage and my body is altered. What bothers me the most is she refuses to take responsibility and Inland Hospital tried to hide it. I do not feel respected and she is not professional in my opinion. You can guarantee if it happens to you she won't care at all. She left me to suffer in horrible pain rather than do her job. She didn't care! What she did to me is down right patient maltreatment, neglect, and malpractice. She got away with it! To this day I have not even heard a simple apology. Disgraceful and despicable.

Dr. Stein is professional, caring and easy to talk to. She was great both during pregnancy, induction, and the long wait for the baby to actually arrive. She kept tabs on me and kept me informed regarding the details, all while lightening the mood. When it came down to an emergency c-section, she was calm and reassuring. Even in post op, I could hear her smiling voice. I would recommend Dr. Stein 100 times over!
