Dr. Ozdemir and his team at UAMS performed an emergency 5-vessel by-pass on me Christmas Eve of 2000. The team had just finished emergency surgery on a airplane passenger who had had a heart attack on a plane that did an emergency landing in Little Rock. Although my surgery took them late into the night they performed excellently. I am glad they were available when I needed them.
