Knowledgeable and effective but very poor communication and response to messages. Neither the Dr. nor his clinical staff respond in a timely manner to messages, which makes it very difficult to manage acute issues that arise.

My husband had a horrible experience with this doctor! A simple procedure turned into 2 days in the hospital, unimaginable pain and and a cut on the tip of his ureter......not to mention the lack of explanation or apology. Never again!

Excellent experience both in pre and post op sessions. Explained what was going to be done and why it was the best approach; and good followup. Very good.

I think the doctor is good but seems to be out of the office whenever I need him; doctors that are supposed to be covering for him are non-existent so you can't get help and the staff gives a lot of lip service but that is all.

Dr. Haleblian I have never met a Dr. with so much concern, he's a very caring compassionate man. If I ever have to be treated again I'll take him over ANYONE! He's just one wonderful Dr!! Bedside manners are a plus! And you've got it all!

Dr. Haleblian was very condescending and not empathetic at all. He told me that kidney stones do not hurt when they are in your kidneys. I do know that they do not hurt when they are not moving...but they certainly hurt when they are moving in your kidneys... that would be why so many people are in the hospital ER for them. I have switched Dr.'s after just seeing him 1 time. I would not recommend him for a Dr.

He is quick and short. Does procedures in office with little patient simpatico, so to speak. Office staff not that helpful and understanding. Both needs help, maybe because they try to push through to many patients to quickly.
