Excellent care and always available when needed. I have always been seen same day when very sick.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ingrassia's for over thirty years. He is a competent physician. When I call for an appointment I can usually be seen on the same day. His staff has been rude, especially the heavyset nurse with the varied hair styles. The receptionists are equally rude. Lately he has hired some younger nurses who are much nicer! Dr. Ingrassia it is time to clean house. Out with the old!!

This office has an extremely rude staff! The doctors are good. Did not want to go here anymore because of the extremely rude staff!

Overall, good doctor, nice guy. His staff for apointments are just a bit nasty and dismisive

His office staff are very unprofessional & call all patients by their 1st name. This is a place of business & you should call ppl Mr____ or Mrs______. I am not your friend, I am a patient. Furthermore, they call you by the WRONG name & if you correct them, they do not apologize to you, instead they roll their eyes & write post it notes to the doctor saying you are snotty, a **** or have an attitude. I've witnessed this twice. Both times the nurses didn't think I'd see the slander & immature name calling that they felt was so important that it couldn't wait until I left the office. I find his nurses to be quite rude, highly unprofessional, cruel & with an inferior complex. Dr Ingrassia is fine, but some of his staff need a crash course in office ettiquette & anger management.

Dr. Ingrassia has always been helpful in all my inquiries. I have been a patient for more than ten years and have always been well taken care of.His staff have also been helpful and friendly.
