Very disappointed the staff was rude as well as the Dr. Wohlford. Then he pulled the wrong tooth! Needless to say I will never go back. Worst experience ever.

Very disturbing patient care starting with the front desk, Dr. Wohlford’s nurse Jennifer was very rude, and so was Dr. Wohlford. I was there for an extraction and consultation. My consultation was a you tube video. Ha! I had already done my research, I needed his. He came in joking with some nonsense and told me I bet I was a type A…which I think he meant a__hole because I asked so many questions. I was charged ridiculously for such a poor experience. I’m more saddened by what is going on in the world and fear for others than myself. No way I would recommend him!!!

very knowledgeable and made me feel as comfortable as one can be when they are about to have oral surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Wohlford.

Outstanding office with friendly staff and a caring doctor. I would recommend them to family and friends. Financial arrangements were easy to understand and very straight forward.

The office staff are rude. I hate having to talk to any of them. Dr. Wohlford is qualified and did a good job with my daughter's surgery. However, he lied to me about the cost. Originally he quoted an out-of-pocket amount based on the insurance we had at the time. When it came time to do the surgery, the cost went from $1,000 to $7,000. They said that the insurance company changed what they would pay. We did not have that much money so we tried to cancel. Dr. Wohlford told me to my face, in front of his assistant and my daughter that he would do the surgery for the original amount he quoted and he would write off the rest as needed. I asked him to put it in writing but he said it wasn'tt necessary, he would take care of it. We told everyone what a great man he is. Now that the surgeery is done, they're billing us for $3000, plus deductible, and he refuses to honor his word. I wrote him a letter asking him to change his mind about the amount with no avail. I will not use him again.

Good surgeon, but his office is totally disfunctional. Staff is uncooperative and failes to followup on questions. Final price ended up much, much higher than estimated, but Dr. Wohlford had little concern; just wanted his money. The entire experience has been bad, frustrating, and more expensive than I was initially told.
