Dr Healey is an arrogant doctor who spends as little time with patients as possible. He’s had me wait 90 minutes and was rude and disinterested. Nprthwell supports this model.

very unhappy I HAD Him DO THE knee replacement .wthis was due to slopyas better off with my knee before surgery.knee loaded with scar tissue,plus pain.this was caused by slopy surgery

Was there for an insurance rating, very rude like I did something wrong!!! It wasn’t my fault I got hurt his video is nothing like the way he treated me!!!

Just had hip replacement surgery and Dr. Healy n stakk were tremendous.kept me informed about everything. Kudos also to Huntington hospital. Thanks Chuck sanaga

The staff is horrible.
Don't ever let Dr Healy put any kind of brace on you. You will have to pay for it in full.

I've been going to dr Healy for 8 years. He did 3 knee surgeries for torn meniscus. I recently switched to another dr because I feel like he just doesn't spend enough time with his patients, especially after surgery. He gives NO post op activity instructions. I am very active and kept re injuring my knees. I continually asked him what can I do and not do and he would just say " be as active as possible". My new dr gave me a 3 page list of activites organized by week after surgery. No reason whatsoever he can't give some guidelines to his patients regarding activity. Very hard to talk to. Very rushed, gives short answers, makes me feel like I'm bothering him.

When i needed an urgent evaluation at end of my 37th week of pregnancy regarding whether or not a c-section was needed, my ortho doc's office couldn't get me in for a week (hello URGENT and btw went into early labor 1 day before other office would have seen me!) but Dr. Healy saw me within 2 days of my call and was GREAT. Needless to say, I've switched doctors for my ortho needs!

Dr. Healy is incredibly intelligent and has bedside manners. He can diagnose a problem quickly and use an MRI to firm up his guess. He is concerned about his patients and calls them the day after surgery and he won't push you to do something your normal life style doesn't support. He's not an advocate for surgeries but he does perform them superbly.

Very professional office staff. Dr. Healy is very knowledgeable and tries to make you feel comfortable. He is very busy, but I never felt rushed. He did meniscus repair on both my knees and I have great results with both.

Very knowledgable and will answer all of your questions. He does not rush into surgery and has a conservative approach. I have had arthroscopic surgery and highly recommend him.
