Excellent physical therapist with practical exercises

The receptionist at Dr. Kinney's office tells people that they accept their insurance even when she knows that their office does not, in order to get new clients. She did this to me and I had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket as a result. I learned that this was willful deception on the part of the receptionist when the receptionist confessed to a representative in my company's Benefits Department that she had knowingly misled me. When I contacted Dr. Kinney to tell him what his receptionist has been doing, he was unapologetic and refused to refund me the money that I had to spend out of my own pocket due to his staff's unethical practices.
