Writing this between my tears of disappointment of myself to those that have read the negative comments & are now hesitant to see Dr Lanzer I can honestly say he & his staff are so honest,genuine &extremly caring to me I was nervous &extremly unsure but when I meet him & staff I was so impressed he was straight forward to the point unfortunately Im not suitable for TT at this stage he was kind and could see my eyes watering I didn’t ask any questions I wanted to go not because of any one because I felt I’d wasted his time my only words when I left was thankyou for your time I’ll keep plodding along he advised to come back in 3/4 mths but with ms I doubt I will have the excess weight off have seen a few other Dr else’s where these guys were the first to treat me like a human they listened the girls were amazing thankyou Jordan for giving me the hope to a least see Dr lanzer pleasedont hesitate to go in they are & Dr lanzer are amazing ok tears again thankyou all so much for your time and honesty

If I could give 5000 stars I would , I had a full tummy tuck and in the past liposuction I am extremely thankful for Dr Lanzer in tremendous skills in performing my surgery’s his caring manner is a credit to your profession , my results are above my expectations. The nurses and staff were knowledgeable,caring and respectful , my experience in Melbourne clinic made me feel at ease with all the helpful staff . Dr Lanzer you really made a difference in my life thank you so very much

Dr Lanzer was one of my doctors on Thursday. I found him kind with a sense of humoru. But.., he seems overworked, does a milion things at once ; and everyone wants a piece of him. I would prescribe Dr Lanzer to stop and smell roses

Years on from Gynaecomastia surgery and the results still look great. I had surgery in late 2016 and the results were immediately good, however I didn't really do my part after surgery with diet and exercise as I had a depressive relapse and drank and ate very poorly for a year and a half.

Despite this Dr Lanzers work on my chest held up and despite gaining fat in the chest area it was still shaped normally and didn't fill back out like female breasts, possibly because of his excision of the breast tissue. I have lost a lot of weight in the last 12 months and started to build muscle and now I can truly see his handiwork four years on as my chest is starting to turn into normal pectoral muscles.

He's incredible at what he does. I remember the costs being expensive but managable and considering his profile and ability, reasonable in context.

Although I experienced anxiety to have my consultation for Lipo, once I stepped in the door of Dr Lanzers, I felt immediately welcome and at ease, the experience was extremely informative. There was no question I felt I couldn’t ask.
Even taking my clothes off to demonstrate my key concerns I felt safe and respected.

In my previous consults with other surgeons I found the experience daunting and confronting.

Dr Lanzer is very kind and humble, but really knows his work.
