Not too good with thyroid. Doses by TSH - not symptoms. Will not do add-back or block and replace. DOES use Armour if asked. WILL do FT3, FT4 if asked, yet doesn't use them- goes by TSH!

Although the office is very outdated, Dr. Hito is very knowledgeable and helped my regulate my hyperactive thyroid. Also- the phone is always busy- I can NEVER get through- very annoying!!

Dr Hito was great in diagnosing my thyroid cancer but his follow up treatment was not thorough. When I returned with my follow up appointment he was rushing my questions and answering them with his head down. When he finally looked up he noticed the scar on my neck and said" Oh you had the surgery" If it wasn't for the scar on my neck he would have never known I received a thyroidectomy fro cancer! Thank God I didn't wear a turtleneck.
