First of all he has to look everything up on the smart phone, he doesn't ever know anything. Secondly, he apparently has a pre-conceived notion that everyone is a drug addict. He actually yelled at me when I went in for a severe ear/sinus infection that had spread to my teeth. He acted like I was lying to him to get narcotics. I have been a patient there for over a year and I have never went in there looking for pain meds before. The one time when I was legitimately in pain and discomfort I was treated horribly. The girls up front are nice and helpful though.
