Rude, nasty unprofessional. Screamed at me for no reason . He said he saw enough patients that day and didn't need any more. He refused to examine me. I posted a review and the office posted back saying they would be in touch with me to rectify the problem. It's been over two weeks and no one ever contacted me. That was just to make them look good. All I can say is beware.

I am currently under the care of Dr Ragikunis. I had a epidural at a different doctor, who messed up giving the epidural, Dr Ragikunis saw me and said ““ I’ve never had to give anybody more than two blood patches well, he was correct he fixed me he really did. After that. I followed up with a disc replacement in my neck, which was done by Dr. Cole and Dr Ragikunis . I am currently still under his care, having some follow up stuff done he is a very confident man which I believe comes from experience, and a great staff in the office and especially at his surgical center.

When it comes about caring for fellow humans, Dr, Ragukonis is well bellow the human race, his inhumanity shows frequently. He destroyed my. body, to the point that I have thought about taking my life very many times,, no compasion, no interest in listening to the pains his patients are in, many caused by him. Mr. Ragukonis you own the surgical center and collect tons of money from it, what areyou haven't collected yet is an ounce of humanity, you don't have a heart. It pains me to say these things about him, I was taught to love, respect and obey Doctors, you don't deserve anybody's respect.

The worst, and he lies about procedures & left me in worst condition after a “diagnostic” test, rather than an epidural as I requested. His anesthesiologist also used propofol that burns. I have never had such a bad doctor ever. I have had many successful epidurals from my last doctor. The ONLY reason I went to you was because I had moved and my last dr was over 2 hours away..You are a menace to your profession. When I directly ask you why did you do a diagnostic test instead of an epidural as we had planned. Your response was that you were targeting my arthritis. Which is impossible with the test you gave me. I had a severe migraine for 3 weeks following your “test” and told the nurses I was suffering and needed help. Not once did I get a response, and I called almost a dozen times. Later I read what you wrote in my chart and it was full of lies. Does your staff lie for you too ? It wasn’t till weeks later that I was able to get this information together. I saw another dr & he confirmed that the test you gave me had nothing to do with pain relief. This is Medicare fraud also. I just got a bill for the test you gave me that hurt me so much. I owe you nothing. I’m sorry for your other patients that may be unaware of your blatant lies. Thank God you did not perform the cervical epidural, as you really could have permanently damaged me. You are a bad man, hurting people just to make more money. This was no accident, but a deliberate attempt to make money by performing unnecessary diagnostic tests that cause more pain. You disgust me. Also, rather than writing a normal 30 day script, you wrote 7 day scripts that put me in more danger during this pandemic to catch Covid by repeating my refills every 7 days. I asked why you wouldn’t write normal 30 day scripts and all you said was “NO”.

The staff here is ridiculous. Amazing doctors and I guess nurses who help. The front desk girl with the curly hair is beyond uncalled for! I physically witnesses her talk bad about a patient when he left while I’m waiting in the waiting area. It’s funny how these people have jobs. I understand there will be customers and patients not of your liking but to speak negatively about them in front of other patients makes me wonder what you’re saying or doing to our records.

I have known him for a long time I was seeing him for a MVA case and he treated me with epidurals. Well guess what after my 3rd epidural I started getting flashes or flickers of lights which I presumed were from the drug. A few days go by and I jump out of bed and start having a grand mal seizure. The seizure lasted for a good 5 minutes until the ambulance came and transported me to the hospital. I was lucky my brother was there because he grabbed me.. He thought I had died since I became black. To this day I still suffer from seizures. Guys there is no reason to make this up... STAYYYYYY AWAYYYYY

Stay Away! This man has poor knowledge of the newest pain management techniques. He doesn’t care. Only wants to use you to nickel and dime your insurance. After meeting him for the first time it took him less than 5 minuets to know that I needed the most invasive and most expensive procedure. He had little to no knowledge of the latest procedures I asked about. His knowledge in pharmacology is horrible! Gave me meds that cannot be taken at all with what I’m already on. Isn’t he supposed to know about pain meds? Nope, not him. And he only hears what he wants to hear. I tried explaining some problems I was having since the first visit. I was just nicely giving constructive criticism but he didn’t want to hear it because I wasn’t praising him. The pain I am having is almost entirely his fault because he doesn’t listen to his patients and doesn’t care. He also asked me other questions and since I was being honest and wanted to tell him everything he was annoyed that I had the nerve to explain my pain. When I was in the middle of answering a question that HE asked me he actually rolled his eyes at me and left the room! Unbelievable! He is by far the most unprofessional doctor I have ever had an appointment with! I have been in agony ever since he put his hands on me. I didn’t think my pain could get worse. I am astonished that this man is a doctor since he made so many bad mistakes. I am so angry with myself now for going to him because my pain is worse, so if you are reading this because you are going to see him, I implore you to at least get a second opinion and go there with your eyes wide open. It’s pretty easy to tell he’s a scammer who does not care one single iota about his patients or their pain. Don’t end up in my shoes; trust your instincts if you smell a phony. The staff is pretty bad too. The girl in the room taking my history seemed annoyed that she had to be bothered to do her job. She did not have enough medical knowledge to be taking notes that were complicated and seemed to misunderstand everything. When the doctor came in the room she told him a bunch of stuff I never even said and even acted annoyed with the fake answers she was giving. I will never ever go back to that doctor again and I will never be able to hear his name in the future without getting angry and depressed. I highly recommend you see someone else. This guy is just a scam artist who has very little knowledge about what he does, and doesn’t care at all. He is dangerous.

This man is terrible, he is very rude, arrogant, selfless person. Him and his staff are terrible. I think he is on drugs himself. He does not care about this patients, just the money he can get from the insurance companies. All of his offices are the same, as well as the staff. He gets you hooked on pills and stops writing scripts.
