I wish I had come to this site before I ever visited this office! I felt that Dr. Roberts had the worst bedside manner ever!! I feel that she jumps to conclusions before she even examines you! I really don't mean any harm and everyone has their own experience. I am wondering if the people that gave her positive reviews are her office staff. I was depressed and in tears for days after I left her office!!

I am also glad I saw this site. I went to Dr. Roberts around 15 years ago. She was always very curt & no bedside manner. She always pushed me off to the nurse practiner. I was terribly sick and finally insisted on seeing her. She told me to go see another doctor. I was in tears. I felt so sick. I then went to someone else completely, Dr. Ottolini at St Luke's. He immediately told me I was filled with fibroids and they were pushing on my bladder. Make a long story short, I had a complete hysterectomy. I had around 18 fibroids, endometroisis and a bladder problem. I immediately felt better. I almost sued Dr. Roberts for the money I spent.

Dr Lauretta Roberts is extremely busy! too busy for her patients. Her asst Krista see ms miserable impersonable (strange) however maybe it was a blessing to never have to encounter Dr Roberts. She is extremely cruel, nonchalant, uncaring, rude, shows no compassion or concern. She doesnt listen to the patients and turns her back on them. No time for questions, concerns, no customer service etiquette etc. She appears bitter and I have never ever in all my lifetime experience encountered a physician so brutal. She challenged my character and made me feel very uncomfortable. Doesnt encourage you to ask questions.(Im in shock with her behavior) doesnt explain anything Doesnt treat people with respect.

I am so happy that I visited this website!!! I went to go see this doctor about seven years ago and I had the worst experience!!! I felt that she was extremely HARSH!! I know that some people that have seen her may have had a better experience and that is great. When I left that office I was depressed and cried for days. I wish her well. However, I was miserable. Dr. Roberts is very nice when it comes to her patients. I have been going to Dr. Roberts for 9 years and out of all of those years I wouldn't want any other other Ob/Gyn. She made me feel comfortable when I used to be tensed and uncomfortable. I recommend Dr. Roberts to every female.

I have been a patient of Dr Roberts for several years. She has always been very professional when I have visited. If she encounters something that she feels another physician would be more appropriate for, she will refer me elsewhere. I would rather a physician to refer me to someone more experienced in certain areas than the same physician attempt to treat me for something they don't have the knowledge in. As for my annual pap smear, if there is no problem they will not notify you. The receptionist will also inform you of the same before you leave. There is nothing more annoying than for the Dr's office to call and leave a message for you to return a call. Your mind starts to think of all the worst case scenarios. Then you spend most of the day frantically trying to get in touch with the dr's office for them to tell you "everything is OK". Be careful what you ask for. Dr Roberts is a no nonsense Dr. She knows what she is doing and she is professional.

Dr. Roberts was the second OB/GYN I had ever seen for my second pap ever. It took her forty-five minutes to get into my room and then it only took her five minutes to do everything. Seeing as I was a new patient, and young (23), I expected her to ask if I had questions. She did ask, but only once she had me in the awkward position. I said I couldn't think right then, but I'd have some when she was finished. She finished and then said, okay, it was nice meeting you. You can change and check out at the counter, then left the room. I didn't have a chance. My sister has diabetes, my mom died of cancer, and my other sister has fertility issues that are genetic. Didn't get to tell her any of that. What an awful doctor. Ladies, stay away. She is not worth your time. Also, I had an irregular pap. The office's first suggestion was a colposcopy. I did my research and am going somewhere else for a second opinion. You will not get my money that easily.

Dr. Roberts has worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. She was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable, within minutes of meeting me she said I probably had cancer due to being obese...nice. I will not return to her office, finding another doctor. I will say that the receptionist was very nice. Glad I found this website and that I was not the only one who viewed her this way.

Dr. Roberts is rude, mean, and doesn't care about her patients. I had a pap done over a month ago and have never heard from her or her office for my results. I know, "no news is good news," but for pap results, they are supposed to contact the pt. I'm picking up my records and finding me another doctor. If you're scheduled to see her, you should someone else.
