Rude, rude, rude! Worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. Did not address my problems and made me feel stupid and that she could care less if she helped me or if I came back. DON'T go to her if you need help.

I loved the receptionists, nurse, and NP. However, it was very unpleasant meeting Dr. Roberts. She was not helpful and did not listen to anything I was trying to tell her. Instead of listening to what I was saying or asking, she had the nerve to suggest my problems 'may not even be medical' and referred me to another physician that 'may think I need to see a shrink.' Wow, really? I mean, really? I have been through the ringer with jerk doctors. Well, she definitely made it to the top 2. If anyone decides to see her, I hope you have a better experience with her. Maybe she just was having a bad day and wanted to ruin someone else's too. I don't know. Too bad, I never get on these sites and talk good or bad about doctors, but I felt this was necessary and maybe prevent me from calling back and saying something I shouldn't. Honestly, I don't think I've ever had a doctor made me leave the office in tears. If that was your intentions, Dr. R, then great job. Job accomplished.

Dr. Roberts was wonderful! She has a very caring bedside manner and took all the time needed to answer every question. She was engaged and concerned.
