Dr. Judy Turner was alway positive and helpful in her treatment of conditions. She not only treated my illnesses but me as a whole, as illness and disease are a part of the human condition.

I am VERY satisfied with Dr. Turner, but I have to agree with the posting about the office staff--they are the worst I've ever had to deal with. The doctor told staff to check on the status of medication for me and call me. They HAVE NEVER called me back. My pharmacist called the staff about the status of my prescriptions and sent 4 faxes to the staff. I was IN the pharmacy when one fax was sent. When I called the office about why my presription was STILL not sent to the pharmacy, I was told that the pharmacist lied and had never called or faxed. Obviously, the staff member was either lying or very badly informed. If the latter is true, then the record keeping must be terrible, at least for my file. If you can bear to deal with such terrible, not to mention dangerous, service from the office, you will be rewarded by having a caring, generous, knowledgeable physician care for you. As I said, Dr. Turner is great--the staff awful. Don't know why nothing is done about the staff.

Saw the doctor once in the many years I were assigned to this office. Even when I got a bacterial infection, the office staff just called an antibiotics to a nearby pharmacy. Office staff rude, curt, and unknowledgeable. It was frustrating working with the office staff. Since the first time I saw her, I never seem to be able to make any other appointment. Good thing I were mostly healthy and didn't need much care. Worst doctor office I've ever been with.
