This doctor was very reassuring. The doctor not send me home to worry about the planned procedure. He explained why the work should be done, and once agreed, he handled it all on the first visit. I was very impressed. I was able to get my appointment in a reasonable timeframe. When I called for my appointment the staff actually answered the phone!! No call center, no phone menu. I am very glad my primary care physician recommended this practice.

Bedside manner was not warm, ensuring or comforting. Not very patient with pain management.
