Great care - I saw a hygienist as it was just a check and clean. But she got the dentist (Remo Fanelli) in to check on a sore area on my gum. He did a thorough check and reassured me all was okay. I asked about my old amalgam fillings and without being pushy, he advised I would need the largest one (3/4 of the tooth) replaced at some stage. I was provided with a suggested treatment plan when I paid - no fuss or pressure. I'll be going back to have the work done there. They can offer 1-day crowns because of their skills and equipment. Staff are caring and professional. Nice atmosphere.

We still don't have satisfaction, 2 crowns failed, and now talk of more expense to solve a problem that was supposed to be fixed. $14000.00 and looks like more to go, we are in a catch 22 situation, he may have good knowledge but his work is letting him down.

Was told that existing problems would be fixed that hasn't happened. tried to make on line appointment that hasn't happened. Disappointing considering the amount of money we paid. one receptionist runs hot and cold, and can be quite short at times, the nice one left. Remo is quite good but we have had lots of problems with the work he did. Now we are trying to get a checkup appointment and no one wants to acknowledge our on line attempt to make the necessary appointment, need some communication skills

vERY HELPFUL AND LISTENED TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY. hE GAVE ME LOTS OF OPTIONS, NOT JUST WHAT HE WANTED TO DO. hAD A GREAT OVERALL KNOWLEDGE ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS AND ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT. sEEMED TO BE UP TO DATE WITH ALL THE LATEST COURSES ETC AND THE STAFF SEEMED TO BE FAIRLY WELL TRAINED. tHE PREMISES WERE INVITING AND NOT THAT DENTAL SMELL
