Its all about the $$, and if they cant make it from you, she drops you without letting you know. She is not a caring physician, very business like. And more often, you are scheduled with the nurse practisioner than being able to see her.

Never complain or inconvenience SkyHawk Fadigan, she can be nothing more than mean. She thinks she knows more than the specialists she recommends.

Luckily her staff respected me enough to tell me the inside scoop: even when the medical mistake is her fault she will dump you like yesterdays news. Furthermore, just try getting a straight answer! Fadigan prefers filling patients up with medication and a southern smile, but watch what she's writing in your chart. I have never been more humiliated and over drugged in my life. Keep in mind, if you really need SkyHawk to stand by your side, forget it. She will lie right to your face , spouting legalities that are not true. All I can suggest is anyone looking to work with her, find out why her staff keeps requesting to be reassigned.

I have been seeing Dr Fadigan for approx. 1yr. wish I could have been seeing her sooner, she listens and will explains all my health care needs I am moving hope I can find another Dr. like her(don't thinks so) she is one of a kind Md. Thanks you Dr Fadigan

Not sure what the others are complaining about, concerning the staff. I had a positive experience... The billing issues are not unique to this office. Medical billing in the entire country is a flipping mess. As a former Navy Corpsman and retired firefighter/paramedic, I've learned a lot about quality practitioners. Dr. Fadigan is a thorough and compassionate care giver -the real deal. I'm lucky to have found her! Five stars across the board.

She is my Primary Care Physician and I never want to change. She listens well to all of my concerns and does a great job at explaining issues. She takes exceptional notes, so when I return for follow on appointments, she has detailed information to pick up where we left off. She's been incredibly helpful and will take the time to talk things out. The staff is lacking though. Everyone seems lost or disinterested. You can roam forever and no one will offer to assist. You have to ask. If you weren't paying attention, you could walk out without paying, and no one would stop you. I've not done it, but they are so distracted (or just don't care), that it seems like you could just leave and no one would say anything or even notice.

Family DR for several years. This is the most recent, and not the 1st experience - call to be seen due to possible Sinus Infection, and was told Dr. Fadigan book for the entire week, that I may need to go to their Walk-in Clinic. What is a family doctor supposed be for? Have had several ocassions where the office has cancelled a pre-scheduled appointment, and I have to call back to reschedule. Looking for a new Family Doctor.

Before you become a patient, they require a visit to meet the doctor. Nice idea, however they charged my insurance over $100 plus I had to pay a the $30 up front. Dr. Fadigan is great but the staff is horrible! Not friendly, expects you to know what you are supposed to do. They basically act like they hate their job and it would be best if you weren't interfering with their day.

probaly the best damn dr i have ever had, period. she's wondeful, kind and takes all the time you need to sit and talk about whats on your mind and more, she actually cares about stuff in your life. i can actually say if skyhawk leaves family practice or moves far away i'll stop seeing doctors until i get to the emergency room. a great addition to my life and my family's.
