Has been my cardiologist for 14 years. Saw me through my heart attack and bypass surgery. A great doctor and person.

No complaints except the receptionist. Her time is way more valuable than anyone else's. She refuses to answer the phone. Told me she was too busy! My GP is beside Dr Tsui's office so I'm used to waiting till someone unlocks the door. I stood outside Dr. Tsui's office looking at the receptionist for 10 minutes and she wouldn't look at me or open the door. I finally tried the door which was unlocked. She then scolded me because I shouldn't assume her office was locked like the others! Every one else there seems to care genuinely, but be patient with this receptionist- she's painful to deal with.

Would be nice if they answered the phone. I am sure the Dr is great but running an office is not his forte. Haven't even managed to see him yet! Given that I can't seem to talk to anyone I am going to ask my doctor to refer me elsewhere.

The receptionist was rude. If they ask for you to wear a mask they should have some on hand and I was asked to wait in my heat car and when i took my 86 yr old mom to see him. She was rude about that i didn't want to sit in a hot car or wait outside when i wasn't bothering anyone (no one in the waitingroom ) and had disinfected and was wearing a mask i brought. She was rude in how she spoke to me and the other recipient snicked. Dr Tsui was great.

I was referred to Dr.Tsui for some heart issues. I myself work in a cardiology department, and I was told I would be in good hands. After today’s appointment I feel so reassured that I am in caring hands. He took his time, was very thorough, answered all my questions, went through all the tests I’ve already had, asked me many questions. He is sending me for some other tests. In all my years I’ve never felt so “cared” for. I feel very blessed to have him on my medical team. His staff are so pleasant, professional and kind.

Dr. Tsui is a very good Dr. Indeed, his receptionist however is very rude, mean and careless. I got a couple of appts. Cancelled because they need it a week in advance, they didn’t care about me not feeling well on 2 separate occasions in the 10 year i known him and got charge money and now he (Tsui ) refuses to see me, at least that’s what the receptionist told me. I’m left without a Cardiologist and although my issue is not alarming, I feel bad for the patients that truly need him. Wonder if Dr. tsui knows what’s going on on his practice.

I wish more doctors are like him . Very attentive. Very honest. I would highly recommend Dr Tsui to patients who need quality care .
