The Staff is rude and disrepectful and also very unprofessional. The majority also talks about patients private care in the hallway and it can be heard in the room. I loved seeing Dr. Pardue, but his staff now is a disgrace to the medical profession. Its just sad.

I am trying since May 2014 to get an authorization from them to get a prescription drug covered by my insurance. I called, I do not know how many times, and sent faxes. Today I called to insurance to check on it and they told me they did not receive anything. Called Pardue again and his staff lied right into my face, telling me that they already told me that the insurance does not cover the drug. This is the most unprofessional doctor ever. Lying and making you look stupid. Do not go there. You will regret it. Do give you an appointment and you still have to wait up to two hours.

I have been a patient at Dr. Pardue for years. He put me on madication for my health issue. Dr. Pardue is in rehab for the last two month or so and will not be back until November, at the year I am writing this review. I always liked to visit Dr. Pardue because he always had a few minutes for a small talk. Now, since Dr. Pardue is out of office, nurse Julie took over. She refuses to refill one of my prescription. This means that Dr. Pardue has no longer control over his office or he just does not care anymore. Since nurse Julie started working there this office is becoming very unpleasant. I am in the middle of switching physicians. Sad, because of one person.

Sometimes patients have a bad experience with a doctor; doesn't mean they are not capable of helping you. Dr. Pardue has taken care of me since 1999; it's hard to diagnose a disease, but he's always got it right with me. I've had some really difficult situations to diagnose. Some would say I'm difficult, but Dr. Pardue has always been there to listen and help. He's the best, but even doctors have bad days.

Took my Mom to Dr. Pardue, however, she only saw n.p. who let her blood pressure get too high for too long causing her arteries in her brain to narrow which caused her to have memory loss according to her neurologist. Stop using Dr. Pardue at that time.

Unfortunely our medical insurance dictates what a physician does and how he charges. Dr. Pardue is always concerned how the patient is feeling; he worries about each and every one of them. If you have a concern, go back and discuss it with him. He's always more than happy to discuss your concerns. I'm a long time patient of Dr. Pardues and I wouldn't have had it any other way. He's a intelligent, caring, concerned Doctor. If he over looks something on the chart, remind him. I know Dr. Pardue, and he would be so impressed that someone has lost weight, and he's always willing to discuss decreasing medicine. Just give him another chance.

Charged for extended office visit but just did a yearly blood pressure check. Increased blood pressure medicine, but had lost 40 pounds and needed a decrease, not increase. Never noticed the weight loss on the chart even though I was weighed. Cares more about what insurance we have then actual care.
