Dr. Bethencourt is wonderful. He’s very thorough and really listens to you. The woman who works at the front desk, Lisa, is also great! She’s friendly and personable.

Dr. Benthencourt is a caring doctor and always spend time going through all of your concerns. His staff however, is rude and abrupt. Long waiting period as the doctor spends quality time with each patient. The doctor witnessed his staff performing poorly and in a disrespectful manner and did nothing to correct the situation. When calling the doctor's office, you get voice mail on days when the office is closed. Problem is no one seems to check for messages which has caused complications with appointments or treatment plans. While the doctor is kind and caring, MOST OF HIS STAFF ARE NOT!

There is a bit of a wait, but Dr. B's helpfulness is unsurpassed.

Dr. B is a really likeable, but seems to be easily distracted from the issue at hand with the patient. His fill in for when he is on vacation seems to be very unreliable. I have waited 90 minutes and more for my visit, even when his waiting room is empty. All in all, I am forced to look elsewhere for my primary physician as unreliability is a very serious concern.

I saw Dr.Bethencourt many times and I loved him but his office staff was very unprofessional and the wait to see him was always about 45 minutes.
