I have been a patient for several years..This practice should not even be in the Health Field...mostly ever person including the Doctors are completely incompetent and rude...have continued to misdiagnose and despite having tests done, right in their office, I had to be the one to call for any results as they have never called me!!! If by chance I needed a script after hours, and having been a patient for so long , they refuse to call anything in and insist I come in first, even though I had been there only a day or two prior....and I'm only talking about calling in the Pharmacy for a simple antibiotic....I have never experience such a dysfunctional Practice EVER and suggest they be SHUT DOWN!!!! Best thing I ever did was finally get a referral from a close friend and am now with a new Practice...A REAL PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE!!!! I WOULD NEVER, EVER, REFER ANYONE THERE OTHER THAN TO HAVE THEM SHUT DOWN!!!!

This has been by far, the worst practice I've ever been to!!!!!! The office staff, all of them are completely incompetent..The Dr. I have used there for years, Dr. Melonie Frank, has no bedside manner and even though I've been a long time patient, she seems to treat me as though I've never been there before...On several occasions I have needed records, calls requiring medication approvals from my Insurance and it has taken me several call backs to this practice until they finally follow up..even though they have my Pharmacy on record, they still have sent my meds to other Pharmacies and never once, have I received any apologies...It's as though I'm nothing more than an inconvience to them...this is unacceptable!!! NEVER will I EVER recommend them to anyone!!!!! Further, when they tell me they will call me back for whatever the reason, that has NEVER, EVER happened!!!! This Practice should be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Bleecher for aproximately 20 years. He is a very kind caring dr.The other Dr,NP's and PA's are all wonderful. Sometime waits can be long but when you go in for your appointment you are not rushed. I have had issues with the office staff, mixing up my Husbands appointments with another mans apointments etc...I feel they have imporved a little but, they can try a little harder. I have always been able to get an appointment, even in busy days they fit you in. i have recommned this office to other people and they are satisfed also.

this group of professionals should not be in the health business. they constantly mis-diagnose and then make it seem as if u or the specialists they refer u too don't know what they are talking about. they are a very unprofessional group of health professional.

Failed in every level of my health care. Totally out of control, completely dysfunctional office. Caused me to waste my time and money on unnecessary tests.#$3.50.00) But...told me I had high blood sugar and needed meds immediately when in fact I have low blood sugar which I confirmed with another doctor. . Broke the HIPA law by having a conversation with another person about my being a patient at that office THIS OFFICE IS A MEAT FACTORY ALL ABOUT MONEY AND NOT ABOUT HEALTH CARE.

I am going to agree with the majority I was a patient for 10 years my husband was sick and they would not give him an appt b/c he did not have a physical with in the year. The wait times are VERY long. The Dr's are rude I found the PA's very nice. The office is a mess. Switching offices was the best thing we have done. Dr Bleecher is greedy and cares more about milking the drug co.s and insurance co's then being a Dr...It is very sad what that office has turned into over the years. I would not recommened my worst enemy there!

This was the WORST telephone experience I have ever had! You know when your not feeling well and you call a Dr's office to try to get an appointment? Well I did that because I was Sick..Very Sick..I spoke with NOEL Not At All Nice to me as a new patient. I was put on hold she came back with a Nasty Phone Voice and had a tone with me like it was my fault she was having a bad day. My advice FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!..Oh Office looks dirty!!!

A patient for over 9 years! Tired of the long waits in the waiting room; then equally long waits in the exam room. Over perscribes medication; wants you to use the pharmacy in his building (that's why my wife left)Always said my labs were bad. When I requested copies, only my 3 month glucose control was bad; the other tests were in the normal range! I left him for another Dr. She is great; no waits at all!!If youhave a 19 AM appointment your in by 10:05 & out by 10:45 PLUS you actually see the Dr!! My current Dr. has me off 2 meds & my 3 month glucose is down 25 pts!! Dr. Bleecher is probably a good Dr. who is caught up in billing the insurance co extra so he gets the monies he wants from them. His staff is HORRIBLE!! EVERY ONE OF THEM SHOULD BE FIRED!! He would do his practice justice if he hired new people. They are impersonal; talk openly about their personal agenda and you the patient are just waiting there. I really beleive they just forget you!!!

EXTREMELY unhappy with Dr. Bleecher's office. I was a patient for years. It had been awhile since my physical but I was very busy. When I called to say that I thought I had the flu, they REFUSED to see me without a physical first! (which had to be scheduled in the future anyway). They said I could just go to the hospital! I felt abandoned by my doctor and alone. It was terrible! I then called a different doctor, they took me in that same day. It turned out I had SWINE FLU! I guess Dr. Bleecher's office would rather I DIED before seeing me without a current physical! That is DISGRACEFUL! I will never return there again. This new doctor I am seeing is actually NOT rude, and they will help you if you are sick or in pain. You see the actual doctor, not a PA, and they actually seem to care about me! What an amazing idea! A doctor who cares! I think nobody should go to doctor Bleecher unless they like seeing PAs, Rude Doctors, Long wait times, and a HUGE amount of unnecessary tests!

Almost impossible to even get past a busy signal on the phone! Always overbooked. Long waits. You never actually get Dr Bleecher, always just a PA. You have to justify to a nurse on the phone to even GET an appointment. VERY impersonal.
