Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Doctor made a mistake when doing the eye test and refused to admit it or correct the script resulting in me having two pairs fo glassis that i could not see with. I had to pay $45.00 for another eye tst and have the lenses remade. Sears paid for the new lenses even thou thay did not have to.
