Friendly Dr. and staff. I was taken in within 15 minutes of my arrival and out 45 minutes later.
Very smooth 'traffic flow'. I was being assessed to qualify for cataract surgery.

I have lived in many cities and Dr Hoar is by far the best Ophthalmologist I have had.

I was told the wait time after arriving for my appointment would be at least 2 hours!
When I complained why, the receptionist said that it is standard for this doctor.
Horrible. I walked out.

Excellent. Gentle, concise, clear , good sense of humor. Med. staff and office staff are crazy busy, but manage it well.

I am appalled at reading some of the comments here. Dr. Hoar is a wonderful doctor, he has done my cataracts removal with great success. He has been my doctor for 13 years. His technicians are all very good at what they do and are professional. Dr. Hoar is a very busy doctor, sometimes the wait times are long, but have great conversations with other patients while waiting.

Great doctor but overbooks appointments. At least a one hour wait past appointment time. The lady next to me has been here 2 hours already.

vision in my left eye was damaged by Dr Hoar in 2019 during an eye examination - -
at my next appointment he made no comment to the letter I wrote to him - - I now need
cataract sergury to repair the damage - - but not by him !!!

The staff were friendly and upbeat, which might appear brusque to some of the clientele here, several of whom had the slowness and hard of hearing that comes with age. The doctor was personable, knowledgeable and instilled confidence in the procedure required.

Wow, what a horrid man. He did not even acknowledge my mother (who has dementia) just said “get in the chair” he did not care or want to discuss any concerns we had. He was running an hour and a half late and acted like it was our fault, sorry man but we were early! So disrespectful and condescending. Then he told me my mother wasn’t leaving after I told him we were not having the procedure done. Shame on you Dr Glen

sadly glen did a minor procedure almost two years ago. he ruined my eye lid and I am have to wait another 18 months before I can get plastic surgery. I think of him every single day because its hard not to when a human ruins your eye then neglects follow up or taking ownership of the terrible work. Staff were mean.
