Waited 3 hours in pre-op before going into surgery. Waited over 45 minutes in office for post operation examination. Wait 15 minutes for him I exam room. The post exam was no more then,3 to 4 minutes. No personality. Did get back to me when I had problems, but was very vague. Surgery went well but didn't talk to me after surgery spoke to my wife, he sent another Dr.
to speak to me. When with,a Dr. I want to be the most important person at that time, never felt that way. Too bad he seems like a good surgeon but there are a lot of them I R.I.

We thought we were in good hands with him. He was very confident going into surgery to remove my fathers tumor only to come back and say he couldn't after opening him up. He washed his hands of us after that and was no longer willing to help us. We heard nothing but good things about him, but in our case it was the complete opposite. He gave us high hopes for nothing. My father died 2 weeks after his diagnosis due to septic shock caused from the surgery Dr. Charpentier performed. Please get a second opinion before being operated on by this dr. My family and I wish we had.

I was not impressed. I heard great things about him from the referring dr, and was deeply disappointed when I met him. He treated me like I was wasting his time. That 5 minute visit cost me over 250 bucks. The least he could have done in those five minutes was give me a chance to talk. Instead he asked me three questions and "dismissed" me. I would never go back.
