Awesome anesthesiologist, terrific bedside manner. Dr. Welch has performed my anesthesia in the past and I had a fabulous outcome. No nausea, no vomiting, no pain. I would allow her to anesthetize ANYONE in my family any day ! Honestly, you've hit the jackpot if she is your anesthesiologist! VERY talented and empathic.
