I had seen my MD the week before for severe back, chest, arm pain.I had been sent to the Chiropractor in Riverway. I told the chiropractor my pain was unbearable and had progressed. He had me see Dr. Rusin bec. It was 7:30am.I was offered an apt at 10:30.At 11:20 DrRusin saw me.One of his first statements wasI was "drug seeking and he would not risk his license on me" That is a direct quote. I asked him to check my chart. I had been coming to that clinic for over 30 years and had never asked for pain medication. He documented that I had good range of motion-false.He omitted my c/o weakness/numbness in my fingers. He documented this was related to a injury-which was 2mo b4 on my other arm. I asked for imaging and he refused which he didn't document. He documented my only goal was drugs. I ended up with emergency spinal surgery when I finally saw a good doctor.Huge C6 C7 herniation.I had to have bone graft and fusion. I have never been treated so poorly ever.
