Waited 3 months for an appointment and I felt manipulated by him because he wasn't certain he wanted to be my doctor; weird phone calls from him for 3 weeks. . Complains about having too many patients.

I see A LOT of MDs and Ira Fine is by far by favorite. He is very knowledgeable and if unable to help you refers you out to tremendous doctors. Never had a problem with prescription refills or a phone call returned. He WILL receive other physician phone calls during your visit so if you are put off by that, then find another doctor. However, he has dealt with my hysterics with great care, is very attentive, and I can only hope he never retires! His office staff is great as well!

Only had 2 office visits with him. At the first visit, my time with him was interrupted 4 times - left the room twice & took 2 phone calls. Does not return calls promptly. Took over 3 weeks to get a response. Claims he could not touch base with my other doctors as they were on vacation. I called all of those doctors & none were on vacation. He does not follow up. I am now waiting (AGAIN) to hear from him regarding Rx change for arthritis pain. I cannot honestly claim he has helped me. He is distracted during visits & on the phone. Takes on more patients than he can handle. Seems unconcerned about my issues. My pain continues, the phone messages are unanswered & it is going on 4 weeks since I left the original request for him to contact me regarding my Rx. I am looking for another arthritis doctor...............
