I like him not his staff. I moved and transferred out. I highly believe Katy Gouyd who is the manager at Brighton in Canton wrote negative review below. My gf used to work with her at The Gap and said she was fake and a drama causer . I also don’t like what she did to a friend of mine that interviewed at her store. She was making it look like she was the perfect candidate. Then day before the 2nd interview she sent her an email that they hired someone else. Katy, sounds like a real phony and needs to grow up!

The office staff are rude. They always complain if you are 5 minutes late, yet expect you to wait on average over 30 - 45 minutes when they are running late which is often. I have been misdagnosed by Keating once then told to take a medication which would clearly interact with the condition I was presenting in the last year. Thank god I gained a second opinion. He used to be a great doctor but has lost his edge

An excellent doctor. Dr. Keating is thoughtful, intelligent and a superior diagnostician. After physicals, he leaves the room, types up a list of comments and concerns, and returns to discuss them with patients. He is clearly an expert, he is a teaching doctor, and he's board certified. If he is still taking new patients, I would recommend him, regardless of a patient's age or gender, although I will say that I am a male in late 30s.

My wife and I have used Dr. Keating for a number of years. He Dr. Keating is an extraordinary primary care physician; very thorough, insightful, caring and knowledgeable. He is on the faculty of the UConn Health Center so he teaches as well as practices. He writes useful columns for the Local Sunday newspaper. He is careful to explain medications and their interactions. What better combination of knowledge is there? We recommend him highly.

Herbert Keating misdiagnosed my mother's pancreatic cancer as a stomach upset, repeatedly telling her, over the course of the year that she came to him not feeling well, and losing massive amounts of weight, not to worry, as "she looked great" (I actually found these written reports from his office after her untimely demise). It took her collapse at an airport, Thanksgiving 2006, for him to order an CAT scan, and it was then the pancreatic cancer was detected. She died less than a month later. This is malpractice in the first degree. If you or a loved one feel you are not getting the answers you want, dont wait to get them from Keating, as my mother did. Go get a second opinion. I urged her to do this, but she trusted him.
