Dr. Joins is the best Dr. I've seen in years. She is very thorough and it should be known that if you miss your appt. With her....she is so busy, it's not easy to see her unless you go in to her morning clinic and at that...You better be there early...but all together....she is amazing..

I love Dr. Koons. Although she is very busy, and can be hard to get a quick appointment with, she is a wonderful physician. Btw, she is one of the 2 doctors available at the emergency clinic. They accept the first 12 people that check in to be seen, every day of the week. So, that is great...but you better get there early! The thing about Koons that is a new experience is my long history with doctors, is that I trust her. She honestly wants the best for me, and that is priceless!

I LOVE Dr. Koons. After being terribly unhappy with our current ped we were referred to her from a friend. She is always right there when you need her, ready to answer questions or fit you in for an emergency. When I had my son, she spent her lunch, a break and came by after hours to make sure were doing good. I recommend Dr. Koons for anyone that is looking.
