The head secretary in this office has no people skills and there exists no patient rights. This staff member thinks she has the last and only say regarding patient's rights and has dismissed patients because she did not like the way they filled out their paper work. She needs to be replaced because it his hurting this doctor's reputation and practice. I hope he wakes up and takes the necessary action that is required ASAP.
