Dr. Kelly Gerow was a disappointment for me. The office is very dirty. The examination room had not been properly cleaned before I came in. Also, the restroom they use for patient’s urine samples was filthy! There was a dirty pee stained napkin where I was supposed to put my urine sample. Her nurse was very rude to me and made several negative comments about my acne. This left me feeling embarrassed about my personal appearance. When I was changing into my gown, she abruptly opened the door and proceeded to ask me personal questions about a urine sample I had just given. The entire time she was asking me these confidential questions, the door was open! I was shocked by how unprofessional the nurse was. When Dr. Gerow actually met with me, the Pap took about 5 minutes. She never discussed birth control options with me or asked about my sexual health history. I will not be returning. I have filed a formal complain with the Department of Health and Human resources for uncleanliness.

Dr. Gerow is a great dr.! Words to describe her are friendly, warm, caring, gentle, and, above all, professional. Our relocation has left me sorry to leave such a wonderful dr. I'm finding that such nice, professional drs are sometimes difficult to find!
