THIS GUY (DOCTOR) DOSEN'T OWN UP OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IN HIS , AND OBLIGATIONS AS A PROFESSIONAL SURGEON!!!!!!! I WAS USED BY HIM , AS THOUGH I WAS A "RAT- EXPERIMENT"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE'S A PHONY!!!!!!!!!!! BELIEVE YOU ME, HE'S DONE, HORRIBLE,IRREVRSIBLE, SEVERE DAMAGE TO MY BODY AND TO WORSE PART OF IT IS HE ACTS LIKE, IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!! HE HIDES LIKE A "COWARD" !!!!!!!! HE LOOKES AT YOU. Dr Besser was quick, and lovely and put my mind at ease. The mamogram tech couldn't have been nicer- The nurse was so nice and the experience was completely the best ever (almost)However the reason I feel compelled to write isn't only to tell of their 'greatness' but more an opportunity for them to right something.I note thattwo other reviews mentioned the receptionist- I don't now how many there are- she was African American and was almost borderline hostile- She made me feel nervous (not of the impending exams) but in case I irked her in any way- She is a keg about to explode.Not a smile or a word to put one at ease= I have often met Drs who don't have charm and one doesn't 'need' a charming Dr but front desk is the introduction to what lays beyond...She is defnitely not front office material- Maybe back of the back office- Maybe in bill collection.Please remove her from the front office if possible-It makes the whole experience awful and I would dread seeing her again1

Come clean,Doctor Gary Besser and Doctor George Heading. You ruined a patient's life; and then you lied, denied and evaded responsibility. Many people are upset with you.

Dr. Besser along with Dr. Weinstein performed a hysterectomy. Dr. Weinstein told me that Dr. Besser was going to do the hysterectomy so I requested to meet him before he did the surgery. He completely avoided meeting me in the office. The day of the surgery I met with him for 10 seconds. I won't go into what ultimately happened but I will say I am extremely sad. Would not recommend him or Dr. David Weinstein.

He was still a resident when he assisted Dr. Ralph Deutchman deliver my son, but I'll always remember his caring, compassionate manner in spite of the fact that I made the "Exorist" possession look tame.

Dr. Besser is very experienced and knowledgeable and listens carefully to all concerns. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a gynecologist in Stamford.

This office is the best - they are all so helpful and they are different to other places where the receptionists are really friendly and the drs are grumpy- her eit is the reverse- the receptionsits never smaile- please ask them to be a little more upbeat or maybe it was just a bad day.Dr Besser is the best in the world- Dr Morganelli is fabulous too though my hubby can't keep his eyes in his head coz she is so beautiful....Keep up the good work....

Dr Besser is the best- the staff are wonderful- If you have ever feared going to a Dr for a procedure then go here- they ar ekind and I even had a panic attack there and they helped me so much- he is amazing and happy- how weird and odd is that lolYou will have the best pap smear and he is very quick and very thorugh- Sorry I don't know the name of the tech who did my momogram but she is fantastic- she is quick and totally didn't freak out when I panicked- she talke dme though it- I can honestly say I no longer fear the annual exams because of this office-
