There is no physician like Dr Hubbard. As medicine has evolved into a nonpersonal profession, Dr Hubbard's patients are always his first priority. The staff is amazing. Friendly, compassionate and the patient is their first priority.
The Hubbard clinic is the best in our city when you are looking for a great doctor with the best patient care available!!!

Dr John Hubbard AND all of his staff have been nothing but wonderful. I am a very "high strung person and was very nervous going in for my first visit. Starting with the receptionist eased some of my anxiety. I was not in the waiting room but 8 minutes before being called back. Well, I thought I at that point was going to jump out of my skin. The very sweet nurse took me back to the restroom, explained in detail what she wanted me to do. As as rule, I would ask at least 3 or 4 questions to make for sure I did the right thing. I had no questions, she was waiting for me when I came out and we went to next room. Very calm, clean, bright atmosphere with nurse just being as gentle as could be. She and other nurses were in and out introducing themselves, explaining exactly what we were going to do. I was very comfortable. THEN, I was told Dr. Hubbard would be in and the anxiety shot right back up. In he walked, and it did not take 1 min. and I KNEW this was the place for me. GREAT!

Was extremely happy with Dr. Hubbard and his staff, to the person who posted 10/08, it sounds to me as if Dr. Hubbard was being careful by doing the biopsy when your PSA was rapidly rising and your prostate was enlarged. Drs should do this, instead he could have given some excuse and it could have actually been cancer that went undetected. Although the procedure can be uncomfortable it is completely necessary. I had one also and was glad I did.

Dr Hubbard and his staff were excellent. They listened to all my problems and all the tests I had were pain free and I was made to feel very comfortable. He was able to treat a condition other doctors couldnt find. I am so happy I chose this clinic and would recommend it to anyone.

This Doctor advised a very painful Prostate Biopsy with inadequate up front care. He used one PSA reading which didn't include free PSA study. His treatment during the Biopsy and the PAIN I endured with the procedure was horrible and after more research seemed unnecessary. My impression was that this Doctor does a great number of these biopsy procedures. I know someone who has to date undergone three biopsies using this Doctor. These could be relevant but he seemed quick to order this procedure for me. I have an enlarged prostate and a quickly rising PSA but from study PSA can move up and down for various reasons not all related to cancer. This Doctor did not seem to consider all factors which could affect this test and I felt he jumped the gun on biopsy procedure. I informed him of a condition I had which would make the biopsy procedure very painful. No pre-medication for pain was given.
